What clients say

In their words

JC Enterprises · Las Vegas
They took the time to explain every option and helped us choose the right setup for the house. Everything was neat and professionally installed, the picture is clear even at night, and I can check the property from my phone when I am away.

Stop looking. You want honest, good service, good products, a fair price, and someone who actually listens to what you need instead of upselling you on everything? This is the one.

Ownership model

You own the equipment. The monthly is optional.

National alarm companies lease you hardware, lock you into a multi-year term, and bill every month for access to footage recorded inside your own building. Stop paying and the equipment stops working.

We do the opposite. You buy the system outright, it belongs to the property, and it keeps running whether or not you ever pay us again. Our managed plans exist for owners who want the systems monitored and maintained — not as a toll booth on your own cameras.

Plain version: the monthly pays for expertise, not rent on hardware you already bought.

Sequence of work

How a project runs

Site assessment

We walk the property, look at sight lines, cable paths, panel and IDF locations, and ask how the building actually operates.

Written proposal

Itemized scope and pricing in writing within 48 hours, usually with tiered options so you can decide how far to take it.

Installation

Clean routing, proper terminations, a labeled head-end, daily cleanup, and staging that keeps occupied buildings operating.

Handover & support

Apps configured, a walkthrough of every function, as-built documentation, and an optional managed plan from there.

Common questions

Before you call

What does a system cost?

It depends on the building — camera count, cable runs, ceiling and conduit access, and how many doors are in scope. A single-tenant office and a two-building strip center are very different jobs. That is why the assessment is free and the proposal is written. You will never get a number from us that changes after we see the site.

Is there a required monthly fee?

No. You own the equipment and it records on site, so the system functions with no subscription. Managed plans are optional, month to month, and scoped to the equipment actually on the property.

Can you work around our operating hours?

Yes, and on occupied commercial property we plan for it. Cutovers get staged, dust gets contained, and disruptive work goes after hours when the schedule calls for it.

Do you handle multiple locations?

Yes — multi-site portfolios are among our best-fit clients. Standardizing hardware across properties makes support dramatically cheaper, and remote management resolves most issues without a truck roll.

Will you work with equipment we already have?

Often, yes. If the existing infrastructure is sound we will assess it, document it, and support it rather than quoting a replacement you do not need. Where something genuinely has to go, we will tell you why and what happens if you leave it.

Do you still do residential?

Yes. Custom homes, smart home integration, and home theater remain a real part of the business — see Smart Home Automation.
